All related fees for international orders will be presented before paying for your order. Please verify that your international address is entered accurately, as any inaccuracies may lead to extended shipping times and/or delays. Ensure the correctness of your street address and country/state code, placing them in the designated sections.
For international orders, if you select standard shipping, there is an additional shipping partner that we utilize, OpenBorder, Inc., to help get the product to you in the most affordable and efficient way possible. The transit time displayed at check out is in business days from when OpenBorder, Inc. receives and processes the order which can take additional 1-3 business days. Once OpenBorder, Inc. has fulfilled the order, you will get the tracking number.

Lost Order
If you do not receive your expected order, please contact us promptly at customerservice@goonguard.com. We can only reship or refund orders reported as undelivered within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Notify us as soon as possible if your order hasn’t arrived.

Address Correction
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. If you need to correct your address, contact customerservice@goonguard.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Please include “Address Correction” or “Change of Address” in the subject line.
If an inaccurate address was entered due to a typo or auto-fill, and the correction is not made within the 1-hour window, the customer assumes responsibility for any additional shipping costs. We strongly recommend reviewing your shipping details thoroughly before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact customerservice@goonguard.com within 1 hour of placing your order to receive a full refund. Include your order number, name, and/or email used for the purchase. Due to our expedited fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee cancellation of orders placed more than 1 hour earlier.
