Refund policy

Every GOON GUARD® Mouth Guard—whether Strapless or Strapped—is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your mouthguard, we will replace it free of charge or issue a refund for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Each customer is eligible for no more than one (1) replacement of the mouthguard.

Please note that shipping costs, accessories, cleaners, apparel, and other non-mouthguard products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, customers must complete the following steps:

The form must include your name, order date, order number, product name, reason for the refund request, and the specific product(s) being returned.

The refund form can be downloaded from our website or requested via email at customerservice@goonguard.com.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned package, we will review the contents and process your refund within 48 hours of receipt between Monday and Thursday.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

GOON GUARD warrants that its mouthguard is free from defects in material and workmanship which could cause damage or injury to the sound, natural teeth of the purchaser when properly fitted, with proper maintenance, and used for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase. This warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranty for a particular purpose and any implied warranty arising out of a course of dealing, custom, usage, or trade. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, GOON GUARD disclaims all liability for loss, injury, or damage based upon negligent design or defects in materials and workmanship in the mouthguard. Products that have been abused or have exceeded their useful lifetime through normal use may not be returned. Abuse may include, but is not limited to, chewing, trimming, and/or using the product in a manner that is inconsistent with its intended use.
